On May 12, 1978, as Michael Alba (Mr. Alba) was operating a 1974 Ford tractor model 2110, for the purpose of mowing grass in the vicinity of 125th Street and Riverside Drive, he was allegedly thrown from the driver's seat of that vehicle and fatally injured.
