Defendant, Jerry Gutierrez, brings this interlocutory appeal from the trial court's denial of his motion to suppress evidence discovered during searches of defendant's business and residence in Guadalupe County. The searches involved here were conducted by deputy sheriffs from Curry County in Guadalupe County.
