This is a suit by Giles Lafayette, Inc. for property damage sustained as the result of a two-vehicle accident which occurred on September 30, 1982. The damaged automobile is a used 1979 Datsun 280ZX owned by Giles and driven at the time of the accident by Billy Shoultz, an employee of Giles.
