This is an appeal by certain objectors from the judgment of the circuit court in this partition action, overruling their objection to the commissioners' report and ordering sale of the properties at issue. Pursuant to statutory provision (Ill. Rev. Stat. 1983, ch. 110, par. 17-106), the court had appointed three commissioners to partition the premises among a number of intestate beneficiaries...
