SEMINOLE ENTER. OF BONIFAY, FLA. v. MANUEL

No. BE-24.

464 So.2d 1301 (1985)

SEMINOLE ENTERPRISES OF BONIFAY, FLORIDA, INC., Petitioner, v. Joan H. MANUEL, Respondent.

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District.

March 12, 1985.

Attorney(s) appearing for the Case

Russell A. Cole, Jr., Bonifay, for petitioner.

Herman D. Laramore, Marianna, and William E. Harris, Panama City, for respondent.

NIMMONS, Judge.

This is a petition for writ of certiorari in which the petitioner, Seminole Enterprises of Bonifay, Florida, Inc. ("Seminole"), not a party in the proceedings below, complains of an order requiring it to produce for one of the parties its books and records. Finding that the order departs from the essential requirements of the law and that the petitioner has no adequate remedy by appeal, we grant the petition.
