This is a breach of a lease case.

The plaintiff sued the defendant for non-payment of rent due under a lease. The Circuit Court of Montgomery County, sitting without a jury, awarded to the lessor's estate (plaintiff) an amount of $6,800 as unpaid rent. The trial court also awarded $1,020 to the plaintiff as attorney's fees. From this decision the lessee (defendant) appeals and we affirm.
