This is an appeal by defendant seller, Abraham Lincoln Mercury, Inc. (Abraham) and defendant manufacturer, Ford Motor Company (Ford) from a judgment in favor of plaintiff purchaser, Joseph T. LaFrance, rescinding the sale of a 1979 Lincoln Mark V. Abraham answered plaintiff's suit and filed a third party demand against its co-defendant, Ford, seeking indemnity and/or contribution.
