On June 11, 1980, Peter and Gerta Vogel (Vogels) brought a forcible entry and detainer action in the circuit court of Greene County against Jim and Carolyn Dawdy (Dawdys), Norwood and Barbara Ashley (Ashleys) and Norman and Lula Mae Suttles (Suttles), to obtain possession of two tracts of farmland in Greene County.
