PER CURIAM.

The appellant, Joel Dale Wright, was convicted of first-degree murder, sexual battery, burglary of a dwelling, and second-degree grand theft. In accordance with the jury's sentence recommendation, the trial judge imposed the death sentence for the first-degree murder. The appellant also received sentences of 99 years for sexual battery, 15 years for burglary, and 5 years for grand theft. We have jurisdiction, article V, section 3(b)(1), Florida Constitution...
