This is an appeal by Jeffrey Keith Disbrow from a guilty verdict wherein Disbrow was found guilty of aiding and abetting in the distribution of cocaine; of conspiring to distribute cocaine; and of possession with the intent to distribute cocaine.1 Jurisdiction is invoked pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1291.
