The State of Indiana appeals a decision of the Monroe Superior Court granting Russell Page's (Page) motion to correct errors on a conviction for operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.1

On June 28, 1983, Page was charged with operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated, second offense, class D felony. At trial the State presented evidence concerning Page's arrest, including field sobriety tests and a breathalyzer...
