ROSS, Circuit Judge.

This case comes before the court on appeal by the Arkansas Department of Corrections (hereinafter ADC) from the district court's1 finding of liability in an employment discrimination class action suit filed by two former ADC employees. Jurisdiction is premised on 28 U.S.C. § 1291. For the reasons stated herein we affirm.
