This appeal presents two primary questions: (1) Did the trial court err in submitting the issue of statutory privilege to the jury? (2) Were the broadcasts concerning the default hearing and judgment substantially accurate so as to be considered a fair and true report of a judicial proceeding and, therefore, privileged under 12 O.S. 1981 § 1443.1?
