PER CURIAM:

John Brinkley stands convicted of five counts of unlawfully obtaining a controlled substance or prescription and one count of unlawful conspiracy to obtain a controlled substance or prescriptions.

Hugh Drummond stands convicted of three counts of unlawfully obtaining a controlled substance or prescription and one count of conspiracy to obtain a controlled substance or prescription.

Each appellant was sentenced to imprisonment...
