Defendant, Jimmie Austin, appeals the revocation of his deferred judgment and probation. We affirm.

Pursuant to a plea bargain on charges filed in Arapahoe County in 1982, defendant pled guilty to possession of a schedule II controlled substance (a class 3 felony) and to possession of a schedule V controlled substance (a class 1 misdemeanor).
