This is a civil rights action filed under 42 U.S.C. § 1983 by Plaintiff Edward Metcalf, Jr. against Defendants Ernest Long and Leon McCabe, employees of the Millsboro, Delaware, Police Department and Michael Warrington, a member of the Delaware State Police. The Plaintiff alleges that Defendants deprived him of his first, fourth and fourteenth amendment rights by an illegal stop, by the warrantless search of his house...
