This litigation stems from a diving accident which occurred on July 8, 1979, in a creek in Grant Parish referred to as the "Three-Tunnel Swimming Hole". Sandra Eileen LaCroix was seriously injured when she dove from the inside of a culvert into a creek which crossed Louisiana Highway 8 and struck her head either against some object in the water or the bottom of the creek. Plaintiff, Mac H. LaCroix, Sandra's father, brought suit individually and as administrator...
