Defendant Foundation is a New Jersey corporation, and in 1978 it issued two life insurance policies, each in the face amount of $100,000, on the life of one Arthur Pinori (the insured). Plaintiff Dino & Artie's Automatic Transmission Co., Inc. (D&A) is a New York corporation and a beneficiary under one of the policies. The remaining plaintiffs, who are the insured's wife and children, are the beneficiaries under the other policy. On October 12, 1979 the insured died...
