This case originates in an intra-familial struggle for control of a closely held corporation, Webber Oil Company ("Webber Oil"). Plaintiffs, who control a minority interest in Webber Oil, appeal from orders of the Superior Court (Penobscot County) granting defendants' motion for summary judgment on four counts of plaintiffs' complaint, dismissing two counts of plaintiffs' complaint for failure to state a claim, awarding costs to defendants for depositions...
