ROSSMAN, Judge.

Defendant appeals his conviction for the misdemeanor crime of pointing a firearm at another, ORS 166.190,1 contending — for the first time2 — that the complaint did not allege one of the elements of the charge, i.e., that the pointing was not done in self-defense. We affirm.
