While delivering supplies for his employer, plaintiff was involved in an automobile accident. Defendant provides both no-fault and workers' compensation coverage for the plaintiff's employer. Plaintiff filed claims for workers' compensation and no-fault benefits. Pursuant to plaintiff's workers' compensation claim, defendant voluntarily paid wage-loss benefits for a 12-week period.
