On 16 April 1985, petitioner, proceeding pro se and in forma pauperis, submitted this petition for a writ of habeas corpus pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2254. On 9 May respondents submitted a motion to dismiss. Petitioner rebutted on 4 June.
