Theodore Tamer was charged by affidavit of violation of probation with arson, burglary and possession of a stolen auto tag. The trial court found sufficient evidence of arson to warrant revocation of Tamer's probation and sentenced him to concurrent prison terms on the underlying criminal convictions.
