PECK, Justice.

This is an appeal from a judgment of the district court convicting defendant, after a trial by jury, of possession of more than one-half ounce of marijuana.

On appeal defendant claims (1) the State failed to produce sufficient evidence to show defendant knowingly possessed marijuana, (2) the court erred in failing to instruct the jury that they might make certain inferences from a witness' silence, and (3) the court erred in prohibiting counsel...
