This appeal stems from a judgment dismissing plaintiff's suit against defendants BASF Wyandotte Corporation and Owens-Corning Fiberglass Corporation. The plaintiff, Liquid Carbonic Corporation, sued BASF Wyandotte and Owens-Corning for damages it sustained when a cold box owned by plaintiff and insulated with materials allegedly manufactured by defendants was destroyed by fire.
