This appellant was found guilty by a jury of sexual abuse in the first degree by subjecting "another person to sexual contact by forcible compulsion" as proscribed by Alabama Criminal Code, § 13A-6-66(a)(1), which by subsection (b) is classified as a Class C felony. The alleged victim was a fifteen-year-old girl whose name will not be given in this opinion so that any unnecessary embarrassment...
