Defendant, Allen Lombard, was convicted after a trial by jury of operating under the influence of intoxicating liquor in violation of 23 V.S.A. § 1201(a)(2). He argues on appeal that his conviction should be reversed because (1) the trial court erred in its instructions to the jury; (2) the State violated his constitutional and statutory rights to counsel; (3) the State failed to disclose the identity of witnesses before trial; and (4) field sobriety...
