In this action for ejectment, Leroy Pruitt (defendant) appeals from a judgment for plaintiffs and State Savings and Loan Association (State Savings). Defendant was the owner of the property involved. In 1972, he and his wife executed a trust deed to the property to secure a loan from State Savings.
