The Town of Dedham appeals from a Superior Court judgment which vested Philip D. Johnson with fee simple title to four parcels of land that Dedham claims it acquired through tax liens recorded between 1948 and 1950. The parcels are located in the Lucerne-in-Maine Village Corporation which is situated within the Town of Dedham.
