These civil cases were consolidated for trial in Multnomah County Circuit Court. The issues at trial were whether a partnership exists between Salem Resources, Inc. (SRI) and U.S. Consultants, Inc. (USC) and, if so, the terms of the partnership.1 The parties waived a jury trial for these issues. The trial court entered findings of fact, conclusions of law and a judgment.
