Appellant was indicted for burglary in the second degree, D.C. Code § 22-1801(b) (1981); theft in the second degree, id. § 22-3811, -3812(b) (1984 Supp.), and destruction of property, id. § 22-403 (1981). A jury found appellant guilty of the first two charges, but not guilty of the third. Appellant contends that his conviction must be reversed because the verdict might not have been unanimous and the trial court...
