Appellant Charlotte County Lodge No. 2153 (hereinafter "appellant" or the "club") timely appeals a final order of the appellee Department of Business Regulation (hereinafter "DBR") imposing a $500.00 fine or, upon failure to pay this fine within fifteen (15) days of rendition, a thirty (30) day suspension of the appellant's liquor license.
