In this case we are called upon to review for a second time the State Parole Board's revocation of Robert Ingerson's parole. Ingerson, who in 1976 had been released on parole from a life sentence, had that parole revoked in 1980, as the result of a finding by the Parole Board that he had committed the crime of rape.
