John Henry Lee and Henry Windell Spears were separately indicted for two counts of theft of property in the second degree in violation of Alabama Code 1975, § 13A-8-4. The counts charged the theft of hub caps from two different automobiles. The cases were consolidated for trial and both men were convicted.
