This is an appeal from the trial court's grant of a motion to dismiss the plaintiffs' amended complaint in a fraud case. We reverse.

The plaintiffs' complaint, first filed on 3 February 1984, and later amended, alleged that, in January of 1983, plaintiffs L.Z. and Vurnie Hayden, and defendant James Carraway (sales agent for Fire Insurance Company of Quaker City), negotiated a fire insurance contract.
