Plaintiff Union Carbide Corporation (Union Carbide) brings this action for a preliminary injunction under the Lanham Act of 1946, 15 U.S.C. § 1125(a) and certain state statutes which preclude false designations or representations of a product's origin. Union Carbide claims defendants are violating section 1125(a) of the Lanham Act of 1946 by infringing its trademark and trade dress in the sale of antifreeze. Union...
