The appellant was found guilty of felony murder during an attempt to perpetrate a robbery when he was 16 years old. § 565.003, RSMo 1978 (now repealed). Accordingly, he was sentenced to imprisonment for life. § 565.008.2, RSMo 1978 (now repealed).
