This case is an appeal from the property division ordered in a divorce case. Appellee, Jack Zisblatt, petitioned for divorce from his wife, appellant, Irene Zisblatt. Irene cross-petitioned against Jack for divorce and filed a third party action against Dispo Sales and Service Corporation (hereinafter Dispo), a corporation owned by Jack at the time the parties were married.
