The claimant, Richard Paul Holcomb, sustained an accidental back injury while lifting metal posts during the course and scope of his employment on February 5, 1980. Claimant notified his employer, Armco, Inc., of the injury and received immediate medical attention. One year and ten months after the date of injury, Claimant filed a workers' compensation claim for permanent partial disability benefits...
