Appellant, Sue Brimm, was charged with four separate violations of the Arkansas Hot Check Law. She was also charged with a total of 14 insufficient fund checks. At her trial all of the checks were admitted into evidence. Each was signed by appellant and stamped by the First State Bank of Plainview with the notation "insufficient funds." A jury found appellant guilty of the four counts, Class C felonies, and sentenced her to pay fines of $4,000.00. We...
