This is an appeal from a judgment for child support in an involuntary paternity suit. The child was born on July 16, 1981, and appellee filed her original petition to establish paternity less than two months later, on September 1, 1981. Appellant stipulated on the day of trial that he was the biological father, and the only issues submitted to the court were the issues of child support and attorney's fees.
