BOYD, Justice.

Appellant Freddy Martinez brings this appeal from his conviction of attempted murder and the consequent jury-assessed punishment of twenty years confinement in the Texas Department of Corrections and a fine of $2,500. In one ground, appellant asserts that the evidence is insufficient to support his conviction. We affirm the conviction.
