This is an appeal by two debtors and a guarantor from a judgment holding all of them liable for an unpaid obligation arising from a purchase of equipment on credit. Although the appellants ask us to decide fifteen separately stated issues, the case really turns upon two basic questions: (1) whether the district court correctly determined the existence and amount of the unpaid obligation, and (2) whether the district court erred in holding the guarantor...
