This is a Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) case.1 Dr. Wittstruck, Dr. Krohn and Dr. Walter, three physicians who operated the Waco Clinical Pathology Laboratory (Laboratory) as a partnership, recovered a joint and several judgment in excess of $4.7 million against Hycel, Inc.
