This is an appeal from a judgment quieting title to certain real property in plaintiffs-respondents Ralls. Defendant-appellant, Ileda Fouraker, in fraud of creditors, deeded the property in question to her son Gerald, who in turn deeded the property to the Ralls. Both Ileda Fouraker and her son Gerald filed in bankruptcy and it is claimed that the title to the property was thereby cleansed and confirmed in Ileda Fouraker, as a bona fide purchaser...
