In February of 1985, the defendants herein, Frank L. Marrapese, Jr. and John F. Cicilline, were indicted by a grand jury in this district on charges of obstructing justice, 18 U.S.C. § 1503, and conspiring to suborn perjury and obstruct justice in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 371.
