Braun, the plaintiff below, appeals a final summary judgment entered in favor of Intercontinental Bank (Intercontinental). We affirm.

Braun entered into an agreement with Griferia Marti, S.A. (Griferia), whereby Griferia agreed to ship plumbing fixtures to Miami where Braun would resell them. Braun agreed to obtain a $100,000 letter of credit in favor of Griferia. Braun ultimately had Intercontinental issue an irrevocable letter of credit in favor...
