This is an action by appellee Leonard Drach (Drach) to quiet title to the "NW 1/4 of Section 13, Township 22, Range 13, in Stafford County, Kansas" (hereinafter NW 1/4-13). Defendants Alice Hartnett, Gerald Hartnett, and Nadine Berube (appellants) claim an interest in and to the oil, gas and minerals under this tract. Drach's Motion for Summary Judgment was granted, hence this appeal.
