The marriage of the parties was dissolved on October 6, 1983. On September 19, 1984, following a hearing on respondent's motion for contempt, the court made the following order:

After hearing the evidence, Court finds that Roger Dale Owsley is in Contempt of Court and sentences him to serve 60 days in the Greene County jail. Mr. Owsley may purge himself by paying $4,400.00 to the Greene County Circuit Clerk in payment of child support...
