On November 18, 1982, appellant Darrell White pled guilty to one count of first degree burglary and was sentenced to a five-year prison term. The trial court retained jurisdiction for 120 days pursuant to Idaho Code § 19-2601(4)1 and directed the Department of Probation and Parole to submit a substance abuse analysis and report on White at the end of the 120 day period.
